May 11, 2022 at 7:44 am #384590Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantHi! Currently every time a student buys a new course, it automatically stays in "processing", so they cannot enter the dashboard and start seeing their course until an administrator "approves that new purchase"... How can we do so that when the purchase is made, it automatically goes to "completed" so that the student can enter directly? We wait for your answer. Thank you!May 11, 2022 at 7:45 am #384591Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantwhen I say "completed", I mean "processed" (not that the student has finished the course, obviously) ;)May 12, 2022 at 4:36 pm #384662VeronicaModeratorhi then you can use the woo-commerce auto-complete order plugin so it will automatically complete the order user will be immediately available to pursue the courseMay 26, 2022 at 10:29 am #385199Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantHi Veronica! The plugin works perfectly... the problem now is that when the new student finishes the payment, instead of the "thank you page", now appears the "course page" (which we don't want to be shown: https://prnt.sc/7S7qQ6aymxSZ)... Where could we change that redirection?? Thank you in advanced!May 28, 2022 at 3:14 pm #385279VeronicaModeratorhi you can change the settings in wp-admin>>WPLMS>>Miscellenious>> disable this setting: https://prnt.sc/tsM6CwCcX_V0 redirect after completionJune 2, 2022 at 1:42 pm #385471Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantHi Veronica, We have changed the setting you told us but it continue resending to the product page when the purchase is completed... This happened when the plugin you told us (autocomplete woocommerce) is activated... How can it be fixed?? ThanksJune 3, 2022 at 2:29 pm #385508VeronicaModeratorhi can you share a course URL on which we can test the sameJune 6, 2022 at 8:59 am #385568Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.June 7, 2022 at 4:15 pm #385633Anshuman SahuKeymasterHi you would need to set the Order completion for all paid and virtual orders in the autocomplete order plugin settings.June 8, 2022 at 11:52 am #385660Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantHi Alex, I have activated again the “Autocomplete Woocommerce” plugin, in that case with the "all paid and virtual orders"... But there is still appearing the product page when the payment is finished ( https://prnt.sc/7S7qQ6aymxSZ)... And this only occurs when the “Autocomplete Woocommerce” plugin is activated... What can we do now?June 9, 2022 at 4:12 pm #385701Anshuman SahuKeymasterWell I checked the screenshot the issue is not seems to be with order , the issue is with connection of product and course . Please edit the course product in backend and check if course is connected there in its settings .June 17, 2022 at 8:57 am #385982Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantSorry, Alex, I really don't know where do I check this issue: "Please edit the course product in backend and check if course is connected there in its settings"... Could you guide us??June 18, 2022 at 2:12 pm #386021Anshuman SahuKeymasterYou have to check this here. https://somup.com/c31F2ltmbRJune 20, 2022 at 7:31 am #386058Nuria_Sierra_CruzadoParticipantHi Alex! We don't see the same options as you... Please, see https://prnt.sc/GGFK1-PUL-Ud . As you can see, there ir no "wplms" option and nor either "courses" option in "General" level...June 22, 2022 at 6:58 am #386151VeronicaModeratorhi for that you need to make sure that you have installed the wplms-woo-commerce plugin.
