    When I log in and go to my profile - and Change Profile Photo - I can click the blue change image button, then upload a new file, but when I click update image - it just spins and times out.

    Hi the api is returning 404 means the api rest url is not found at your end. The same is working in many of our sites . I checked the code its showing our api endpoint means the code does not have any issues . The issue is with the server might be blocking the posting of image data request at your end . In past we have seen many such cases where server security blocked the request .So please try contacting your webhost on this .
