Batch Timings text boxes are unavailable

When I go to "Manage" batches, I can set the start/end days for the batch with no problem. However, when I try to add Batch timings, it comes up as Start time, End time, but no text boxes to actually add the time ( I have a screenshot available)

They actually work if you put 24-hr format in site settings. But as soon as you switch to am/pm, they stop working.

@julkad, By default the eventon is using the WordPress default time function and wplms eventon addon is extending the functionality of eventon it is also using the same. To use a custom time format, you have to use this setting: http://prntscr.com/lsy8h2
