Hi Team,
My courses are sold to schools, and each school is set up as a separate batch to retain privacy. Within the batch, one person is set as a Moderator so that they can view statistics etc.
When I set up the batch, I invited all the users (as the administrator). Some of the users have said that they didn't get the invitation email.
Is there a way where the batch Moderator can re-invite users? The only function I can see is for a Moderator to invite friends.
Also, is there a function in the batch where a Moderator can see everybody that has been invited, who has accepted and who hasn't?
Thank you
Alan
Apologies for late reply here.
The moderators can only send invites to their friends, so you'll have to send the invites as an admin or make friends with moderator and then send the invites.
---------
By default the invites are sent to all the users, but there is no such setting to show the invites status in the group.
I've found a workaround, by making the group moderator an instructor, he can now invite new students by email. Not ideal, but it works.
However that raised a new question - prior to V2.3 the group moderator (and site adminstrator) could see the group statistics for the 3 courses and the students that are in each group. This is no longer visible, or I can't seem to find it?
Is it possible to have a reply to this please?
Sorry for the late reply.
For this there is a setting in the group->manage, you can set who can see the statistics.
Hi H.K.
I don't have a Groups-->Manage setting? I can go into an individual Group and manage members. I have 2 members set as administrators, but they can't see the statistics within their batch.
Thanks
This setting is present in the settings, refer:
