Big problem: Course Page only display footer

I'm getting stuck with with my site, after update all courses that I have created cannot display it's content (i.e. only display footer area), not even preview. The only ones that can be displayed properly are the ones came with demo. I have updated all plugins and theme to 2.0.1, cleared Cache, saved permalinks and asked webhost to clear server site cache. still not working. Basically my entire site is useless now, please help.

I checked your site and find the course page to be loading fine . refer : http://prntscr.com/9w9ibv We have released a couple of updates related to the bug fixed  . Please update your theme and all its plugin to latest and the resave the permalinks to postname and clear browser cache and then check . If there is still course permalinks issue then please refer the tip : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/course-permalinks-not-working/

I did a complete wordpress and Theme reinstall to make it work now, I was frustrated as you can imagine I have re-create every post and page... Now there is new problems 1. The logo doesn't appear after the upload. 2. how to change the course page header background? (it's black currently) 3. Transparent Menu issue: When apply transparent menu, the text color is not visible for all other pages.

Ok I have solved issue 1 on logo update. Please help with 2, 3. thanks.

2. It is a bug and would be fixed in update. Please check after update: WP customize->Body->Dark menu color, light menu color 3. Refer this : http://prntscr.com/9wq1yz
