Hi, I contacted my server and I asked them why my site was down (error 522) when I tried to update the core and why this updates always take soo long loading, the thing is yourserver was down today this afternoon, and one of your pluginis always aking towplms.io when I tried to update, so If your site is down and slow then my updates will be down or slow as well, please remove the call to wplms.io from your plugin because this is creating issues for me, I cannot depend on your server to have mine working corectly with updates. This ia a major issue for me, I tried severl hours testing until they finally told me about this you cann see this screenshow where I am showing you the timeout issue because the amount of time trying to call your site and your server went down for several hours today. These are the 2 plugins: vibe-customtypes wplms-pdf-certificates and I need those plugins for my sites working properly, and please if there is another call to your url, please remove it, I need to not depend on that for updates! My tech support told me this: "Hmm, I think I found the issue. There is an external call to wpmls.io It possible that when you open the update core page the plugin is calling to its parent site to check for updates, but the parent site is not accessible when I tried opening http://wplms.io which causes the timeouts on all your site when you try to update it." I always had this issues before and finally today i know the main issue for the loading time and now even to have my site down when trying to update core or plugins. IS this possible?Well for updates your server needs to call our website ,Its mandatory to check valid updates of valid sites .oH, WELL THIS is the issue why going to update core evrythime take so long! You should have a faster server check or soemthing because if you site is down i can't update mine as well!Well there are multiple variables here including traffic at that time, server to server connection speed , sometimes we have attacks on our server (mostly by competitors) .Ok, nbut is ggod for you to know there is not the amount of plugin that slow down my update core section isyour server connection.
