Blacklisting spam email on ajax registration

My site attacked by spam registration through ajax registration. So I install Ban Hammer plugin to blacklist spam email domain. But, It only works with registration page. Spam email still go through ajax registration. Question: How to blacklisting spam email domain on ajax registration?

@hilmanf You need not to use any third party plugin fr this. Please enable google captcha and it will resolve the issue
