Book tab is redirecting back to home page

I am striving to make Appointments plugin work correctly. I have setup the pricing, schedule and other necessary settings in the instructor and course sections. However when clicking the BOOK tab in the course detail page, it returns back to course-home and if I click on the Book Instructor button in the instructor's box, it returns back to site's homepage. Can you please help me what is going on here: http://www.truupr.com/dev/course/starting-a-startup/
