BuddyPress 6.0 E-mails problems

Hi there, Once updated BuddyPress to its latest version 6.0.0, I can't create mail anymore in the <E-mails> BO section. I got a message saying, that I'm not allow to create mail templates (with admin login) The only way to be able to create mails is with the version 5.1.2 or older version of BuddyPress. Any advice ? or parameters to set ? thanks in advance, WPLMS Version 3.9.8.1 (based originaly on demo 17) WP v 5.4.1

Well its working fine at my localhost : http://prntscr.com/sorham Did you used any user role add/edit/remove plugin in past ? Seems like wp capability issue . Please install : https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-role-editor/ and check if you have capability to add new emails ?
