@mventuri,
The required fields are coming from the theme itself(i.e. Account Details Section)
For the Profile Details Section: You can directly edit these fields
wp-admin > Users > Profile Fields > Refer:

Thank you, Diana. The upper part "Registering for this site..." up to "you in no time" is still in English even if I know the string is translated into my language. Thank you.

Hi Diana
I have the same issue with the string "Registering for this site..." and with the user' fields "Username", "Email Address", etc.
I followed your guide step by step but did not solve the problem</span> https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/translation-guide-by-vibe-themes-support/#translatetwo
@idany,
"Registering for the site..." string is coming from theme. Even the section account details(fields like username, email address) are coming from the wplms theme.
1. Check whether your translations is saved in global language folder or not.
2. If it is saved in global language folder and translated then sync your po file and save. Then check the string is translated or not.
3. Check whether you are translating the string in the correct language domain or not.
If still issue not resolved then please create your own topic and share your valid admin credentials with site URL in private reply
