can not translate "sign up "button in wplms

I have translate all the "sign up" string in wplms, buddypress,bbpress and wp course modula, but it still show sign up.. where should I locate the original file for translation?

Ok I just checked the string is present in the wplms theme but there is a bug in the login style files that's why its not working. So marking this as a bug. Track: https://trello.com/c/EPN9jqul I have also shared a screenshot in the trello link for the fix.
