    you can use the direct link of the PDF certificate for this so the user will be able to see the certificate with the direct link

    hi I am talking about this link http://yousite.com/certificates/certificate-general/?c=95&u=1 so the link will open the certificate to others and also you can check the certificate validator widget so whenever the user add the validator code in the widget on your site it will open the certificate
