Cannot Change Top Banner Image

Hi there! I'm currently using the One Instructor Child theme to setup a website for my friend. I'm trying to switch the top banner image on the homepage with another image, but this is not working. I just see a little red "X" icon whenever I select the image from the image gallery and nothing is displayed at the front-end. You can see the frontpage here: http://new.kunleorankan.com I have attached a screencast of the backend here. Can you please suggest a solution for this problem? Hope to hear from you soon! Thanks for the video. The image is not being inserted because you didn't click on file url button, please click on file url button to insert image, refer: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/logo-and-favicon-not-uploading/ Please let me know if this helps.
