Cannot find students quiz submission

Hello Just upgraded to the latest theme version. Having the following issue with quiz submission:

1. student submitted course

2. As instructor/admin can't find the student's quiz submission to evaluate

following settings are in place:

1. Quiz is not marked as auto evaluate

what else is missing? Please help.

Please check if teh quiz is connected to the course or not . quizzes will appear for submissions only when it is connected to the course and is included in curriculum of the course  . refer : http://prntscr.com/aa4zyy

Thanks for the suggestion. we verified and the quiz is connected to the course. We can also see the 2 submissions but can't find the user who submitted it. see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/aa59h1

This looks resolved now. Today we were able to find the submission and evaluate. But noticed that when we reset the quiz the previous answers are not cleared. This is a big issue if we are using the quiz as a final quiz for certification. If we allow the student to take the quiz again the previously marked answers should not be there. Any solution for that?

Well the answers to questions are saved in the local storage of the briwser and it gets deleted from local storage and saved in the database once user clicks submit quiz button or quiz gets auto submitted . You use case can only heppen if you are using same question in your  two or more than two different  quizzes . to not to show the saved answers to user you need to comment out a function in vibe course module plugin -> includes -> bp-course-functions.php file : http://prnt.sc/a7pz5a
