Cannot Fix Transparent Header

First I want to thank you for all the great work, tools, updates, and features of WPLMS... It's great!!! Site, Theme, Plugins are all updated to latest versions. I have reviewed all the documentation, videos, and searched everywhere else to try and resolve the Transparent Header but I am unable to fix this. I have tried numerous settings and cannot figure out how to achieve transparent header. Here's an example page on the website. 1. Notice the header/top has a background image. For every page on the site, I need the header w/ main menu to overlay the slideshow image on each page. How do I set the header to overlay the slideshow image on each page? 2. I have enabled Fixed Top Header on scroll, but the background color will not appear when scrolling. I think this is due to setting the header style in customize to "transparent". In the end, I am trying to accomplish the following: 1. Header/Main menu is transparent 2. When scrolling, the header/main menu will have dark background
