Cannot update theme from version 1.8.1 installed. Update to 2.0.7.

I have update version 1.8.1 installed. Update to 2.0.7 from "Update Themes" screen. However It cannot complete to update. It always show "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute" I try it many time but I always show this message.

I closed all screen and try to update again. It show the issue in the attached.

Please refer to remove the "Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.
