Cannot view course submissions since upgrade

Hi   I upgraded to the latest version of the theme. Now when I go into instructing courses to mark submitted courses it does not work. I can select "pending evaluation" in drop down and it shows students, however when I click the button to mark the submission, nothing happens.   there seems to be a few bugs since the upgrade, when on a course and logged in as admin, clicking admin in course menu results in a blank screen. I have to get to course admin from my profile section.   Any help would be appreciated.   Adam

Fixed. Was a permalink issue,
