Can't Add Users – Admin Page Not Found

Hi, I'm trying to access the admin page to add students to my course.  But it says that Admin Page not found and I'm being redirected to my homepage. Please help as I need to urgently give access to my students.  Is there another way to add students? I'm attaching a video of what happens.  Thank you. Regards, Jerry

Your video is not accessible, refer: http://prntscr.com/aidtcr This issue happens usually when the permalinks are not saved properly. So please try re-saving the permalinks properly. Also make sure all your theme and plugins are updated to latest versions. If the problem persists then please share the admin credentials with us to check the issue on your site.
