Can't Log on From the Front End

Hi, I am having some trouble I actually submitted a ticket for this already but never heard any reply when I try and login from the front end top menu of the website it keeps redirecting me to wp-login.php even if I type in the correct password for any user, I am able to login if I enter the same user info on the wp-login screen this just started happing recently I tried disabling all of my plugins thinking that might be the reason why this is happening when that didn't seem to fix it I searched in the wplms settings and read the documentation plus other comments on the fourm  but still have not been able to find a solution. is there any way you can help me out. thanks, Justin

We are unable to replicate the issue . Can you please confirm if your site is hosted on wp-engine ? Share site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end .
