Can’t reach 100% progress even all units completed

I have problem; some students can't reach 100% even they have finished all units and quizes. Refer: http://prntscr.com/njz1ul The course that has this problem has some quizzes that not connected to course. I tought that was the problem. But I found it is not. Because another student in the same course can reach 100% progress. I am wondering if this problem related to my other issue: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/bulk-subscription-problem-not-synced-to-my-course/ To note: the students in this course is using WPLMS App.

Well the issue with progress can appear if your quizzes open up on single quiz pages . in that it becomes necessary to attach the course to quiz .
