Can't translate a Activity keyword

I've read this tip: https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cantt-translate-activity-kewwords/ But I can't translate the keywork "Instructor %s published the course %s". I updated the .po and .mo file, but it did not work. See the images attached. I'm using the plugin "Loco" and I see the .po and .mo files updating via ftp. Is this a problem with the vibe-course plugin?

Apologies for delay response here. Please rescan/re-sync the file before translating. Also note then new activity recorded will be translated the previous/old activity recorded will not be translated now.
