Can't translate some of the "Notes and Discussion" options

Hello! Could you please tell me how to translate the comment submission form that appears in units? I managed to translate everything on the "Notes and Discussion" page but not the text that appears inside of each unit. Namely, I need to translate "Discussion" header, "Post question", "Ask question" and the option "Manage". I am totally lost and can't find how to do it. Hope you can help!

Can you please check Theme as well as Vibe course module plugin translation files for this.
