Can’t update to v4

Hi!   I can't see he update in my website, so i went to themeforest to download manually and i get the followign message: https://snipboard.io/kReboh.jpg which isn't true, i haven't downloaded it at all! What can i do?   Thanks!

Hi, It looks like you have crossed the download limit,Please try after 24 hours from the message shows. We will suggest you if you have live site.Then test the 4.0 update on your test site then upgrade into your live site.Also you can report the issues with us.
