cant update website Footer

Hi, I cant seem to update my website footer: https://www.screencast.com/t/DeEvDPC0x After reading thou the documentation it says I should go to  customize the widgets - https://www.screencast.com/t/oEzEeWheV   But no matter what I change if it is the widgets directly or try to make a change thou the theme customization I can't seem to update the footer:  https://www.screencast.com/t/0y1AIsOt3Sry   if you could please help me out that would be amazing :)

Hi, you can put limited menu in the footer. Due to access menu in footer, the style of footer is altered. please put these menu in main menu rather than footer. It can help you.

Ray,   I don't want to add a menu in the footer. I would like to add widgets to the footer I found the fix - It was under footer customizing - https://www.screencast.com/t/LCGJrGjM   Works like a charm :)   Thankyou!
