Certicates are printing 1/2 image

Hello, We are having issues with 2 certificates that are not printing completely. They look like 1/2 image. See link These are the two that are giving problems

This is because the width and height of the  certificate is inappropriate. please  add some custom css here is the video tutorial how does it work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wl-SUlFngoA
