Hello, I've installed  the WPLMS pdf certificates addon and althought is activated the certificate tmeplates still shows like before (it doesn't show the pdf orientation for example / https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9mXInbmFGY ).  And one student complained that althought I used the code : <span style="color: #313b3d; font-family: Roboto; font-weight: bold; text-align: center;">[certificate_student_name] it shows his nickname and not the name he registered in the site. </span> Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, please share your admin credentials and page URL so that I can have a look. what is the issue with orientation ?? share some screenshot with proper demarcation. [certificate_student_name] : it shows the username not the full name.  share the asked information so that i can resolve your issue.

I've asked for a another student to send a print: https://prnt.sc/qd7fchThe name appearing is of the instructor and not the student. Also the stylish is not showing.

Hello, note: you are using the default HTML certificate builder, it has the issue of the blurry image that's why we created a pdf certificate plugin to get the HD certificates. please use pdf certificate plugin version 1.9. please download and  install this plugin from here: https://github.com/VibeThemes/wplms-pdf-certificates/tree/develop refer: https://share.getcloudapp.com/bLuGwnKO
