Certificate Background not showing

I have set the width and height of the background image for the certificate but it never renders the background when assigning the certificate to a student. The template is set in the course settings. http://prntscr.com/g7w4ux How do I get this to work? I can't figure out where I go wrong

Hi, I checked your website and found out that the image is present in the certificate but its very large and therefore you need to use a smaller image in certificate. --------------- Please refer this tip: https://vibethemes.com/documentation/wplms/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ Download the certificate template from here and then use this as an example and create the template from this, or simply edit the template present in that tip and then use it.
