Ok it seems your new certificate template is not rendering the font somehow . I would request you to check the font family step it should be exact same name as the previous certificate template I modified for you.

1 . hi it maybe possible the the widget is showing old certificate to you and not the latest certificate which has generated. This could be the issue with the widget code . please goto media library and search for certificate_{course_id}_{user_id} and delete the inappropriate media files with this name . where course_id should be the course's id and user id is user's id on site . 2 . Well for this you will need to assign the certificate for the student from course -> admin . 3 . NO I think the validation widget is fetching and old certificate that was generated on your site.

If I delete all certificates to make sure I get rid of all faulty certificates. Will there be any problem for my students ? or the deleted certificated will be regenerated anew with the right settings ?

Unfortunately, Certificates will need to be regenerated for students. Certificates generated are saved for student.s

Hi, "Certificates will need to be regenerated for students." does it mean the students need to complete the course again ? or when they click certificate, it will be regenerated ?

you need to assign it from admin section in the manage course section
