Certificate generated is not showing student name

When I click the certificate, it opens up generated pdf file under wp-content/uploads, and inside is totally empty. May I know how to fix it?

previously when click certificate, it will open a url /certificates/certificate-sample/?c=477 but now it just suddenly direct open pdf file whenever i click the certificate, how to make it back to the previous one

The LMS setting > Show only PDF certificate is already disabled, but still same

I want to disable pdf certificate, but even after I uncheck the "Show only PDF certificate" setting, and disabled the "Enable Print & PDF" in certificate template there, it still redirect me to the pdf link whenever I click my certificate in my profile there. May I know how to change to only show the website version of certificate?

hi first, disable the PDF certificate option and after that delete the certificate in the media library in the wp-admin section after that, you will be able to view the certificate

ok, can get back website version certificate already. Now got few other issues,refer to screenshot:

1. when i click download cert button, it open a blank new tab and nothing happen.
2. That 4 action button look different from the wplms youtube video, here looks like dont have correct css.
3. every time i click generate pdf button, the file it generate got different layout, sometime will shift to right a bit, sometime looks blurry.
