certificate in chinese in wplms 4

my certificate is not showing the proper fonts. I am using chinese fonts for my courses but the certificate shows ???????????????? please fix this issue as soon as possible. i tried this tip, it does not work:

Hi yes we checked the issue the font file is actually missing and we cannot find the correct font file . Please provide some time to check this up;

Well I tried few methods from TCPDF forums but they did not work . the issue is with character encoding on server , we are checking .

Alex Thanks updating me on the issues. This can cause possible problem with other character encoding on server as well. Please figure out a solution soon. Thanks Felix

please try adding this given code in your wplms-customizer.php file in wplms customizer plugin :
