certificate is not assigning in wplms

i checked every setting 10 times. everything is perfect but the issue is the course certificate is not assigning automatically. refer: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c3e6FMVFY4F ------- what I checked. 1- course evaluation is automatic 2- certificate template is set, pdf mode is enabled, percentage is set 3- course quiz is associated with the course and has a passing score set

Since you mentioned that this is not happening consistently if we can get PHP error_log we will get a clue on what is blocking the certificate awarding. This might not be related to code, but some server resource we can only get hint from the error_log . If you do not have error_log , share FTP details and we can try and locate it from there
