Well this issue is appearing becuase the call to save the certificate as image is not working in your site .
Please share your server php error log to check this (upload it somewhere online and share its link here ) .

Ok spotted the issue .
We are using a php core function
getimagesize for security purpose /
this function only works when GD library is installed and activated on server .
So please contact your webhost and ask them if they have this library installed and activated on server .

Well the cpanel and admin credentials you shared are not working anymore .
The certificate image is posted as base64 encoded .The issue is that when I try to print that data it show me blank like server is tripping it .
There might be some security that does not allow the base64 encoded data to the server . Please contact your webhost and ask them if they have any kind of security enabled that does not allow data to be posted in base64 format ?
