    Hi, For offline courses, the certificate only shows the [certificate_expiry_date] shortcode while the same template loads expiry correctly for an online course. Can you help please? Many thanks in advance, Regards, PM

    Well you need to assign the certificate to the users from course admin for offline students . refer : http://prntscr.com/hgrufn then goto to their profile and see the certificates .

    Well please try adding the shortcode with quotes in the params : like this  : [certificate_expiry_date days="730"] note I have added the quotes in it .
