Certificate Issue

Have issue with course certificate. 1. I have a background image set for certificate and on preview it appears correctly. 2. When I click on Certificate icon under Course after successfully completing the course it shows the content with while background (no image) for a while and then comes dark overlay. http://imgur.com/a/bfRCo Also, don't see any option to download or email certification.

Okay please make sure that your have provided width and height in your certificate . Also please import these sample certificates and try editing them for your certificate .

WellI tried new feature that we added in certificates which is to disabled taking screenshot of th html certificate and that makes the line disappear and also the quality of certificate has been improved . Please check your certificate . That option " Disable Course Certificate image mode  " in lms settings : http://prntscr.com/dfm8ps

Yes, it's nice to have that option. The only small problem now is when I click on X (close button) it triggers print function.

I found the issue. You just need to change the class "certificate_print" to "certificate_close" for close icon in single-certificate.php file, refer: http://prnt.sc/dgbkft This file is present in your wplms theme. If you are not able to find it then share the site url and the credentials here on this topic to fix it on your website.
