Certificate not displaying properly

Hello, I have tried several methods to make my certificate show up properly, but nothing seems to work. This is what it looks like: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vyr4earxdrlpv1l/Certificate.jpeg?dl=0   I have added a background image that is very small in file size, I have also tried background images that are larger in file size. I have defined the size of the certificate. I have followed the exact instructions from your tutorial video, but nothing seems to work. can you help?

Hi, Try to add image in text area section like this. Refer : http://prntscr.com/jueezo And then add css to manage text. Refer : http://prntscr.com/juefs0 Also set height and  width of certificate as well. If problem is not resolved by this, then please share your wp-admin credentials with site url in a private reply.

Thank you, That worked. Except the printed version is the wrong size. How do you make the certificate print at 11 wide and 8.5 tall?

also, the pdf version does not work. It's just white.     What I would like is to have a letter-sized certificate in landscape mode all across the board (ie printing, pdf, etc.)

Hi, Please create a fresh template and try the same with that. This template is not working properly due to caching.
