Certificate not generated

Hello, In one of my site certificate is not saved as png image. It is generated and saved as image on development server but not on live server. setting are same for both server. also "gd library" is enabled for live server. please let me know what is the issue Many thanks in advanced

@redspark Contact your webhost and ask them if they have any kind of security enabled. Try setting define( 'FS_METHOD', 'direct' ) in wp-config.php and let me know if it works
