    Hello, I created a custom certificate and I enabled print in Certificate page. When the user gets the certificate, the button for printing or save pdf it is not displayed (prior to change it both were displayed). Could you help me? Thanks, Alex

    Hi... Please check if you have given the height and width to the certificate. For showing the buttons the width and height is mandatory.
