Certificate Template – "Always Old Design"

Steps Done:

1. Created new certificate for a course. Certificate was visible through front end as well. It worked fine.

2. Next, Added image background in certificate.

Certificate was not updated with new design, when viewed from Profile -> Certificates !

1. Deleted Old Certificate, created new certificate and attached to course.

Profile -> Certificates showed Certificate design before adding image. (Old design was being shown). Questions :

1. How to update certificate based on above scenario ?

2. What is the maximum size of image background in Certificate ?

3. Any dimension restriction for image background in certificates ?

Please help me out, as certificates are very important part of wplms. Thanks

Once the certificate is generated then its saved and it cannot be changed. But if you change the certificate then the new students who'll receive this certificate will get the new design. --------------- The size and dimensions depends on the screen users are using, there is no specific size.
