Hello there,   I have problems with certificates, when i want to see them, they load for a moment, but suddenly they turn white.   Please Help.

Please make sure that you have provided a width or certificate in your certificate template . there is an ongoing issue with the https sites and certificate .We are using a script that takes screenshot of the certificate but it fails to take the screenshot  of images in the certificate (only takes the background image). Please also make sure that the certificate background image is loading form media library . (you are not using cdn for image or image is not on external url  ) . Please try importing these templates and try building the certificate in your site as tey are built :  https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/certificate-import-codes/ in above link it will import sample templates in your site . Check of they are working ?
