Certificates are displaying as Vibe's default certificate

Hi team, When a student clicks on a certificate, it's showing the Vibe's default certificate format and not the custom certificate created from the LMS -> Certificates section. The correct certificate is selected in the course. In fact, the vibe default certificate doesn't even exist in the certificates templates. Please see the screenshots and provide a solution to this issue. Thanks,

Unable to replicate the issue ,please try deactivating the third party plugins specially the caching related t plugin and check from the back end course edit page for the certificate template . If above does not helps then please share site url and admin credentials to check the issue at your end .
