Certificates are not created automatically

Hello, some courses do not automatically produce the certificate. The "metodo autobiografico per l’intelligenza emotiva" course didn’t produce any certificate for months (my support had expired). Since the last update, the problem has been solved. Now it's the “Apprendere l’arteterapia" course that doesn't work. Can you solve it? I can find out which courses do not produce the certificate just in case customers tell me the problem. Since there are many courses, how do I check them all? I obviously can't sign up for all courses every time and take the test to verify if it works. Could you tell me the resolution procedure? So next time I can solve the issue by myself.

@emanuelecantoro, If marks are set for a course and certificate template also connected(for that assign certificates) should be enabled. Then it will work for sure. Can you please share admin credentials and a testing user credentials in a private reply to check for the same on your site

I have tried other courses. For example the course 11634. Even if all the units are checked, when I click on "end course" the system does not produce the certificate.

please provide me a course link in which the issue is appearing. note: there should be a certificate template connected with the course. also, try clearing cache if using a cache plugin.
