Certificates Not Showing on User Profile after course completion

Hi. I've completed a test course. There were 2 quizzes. 1 quiz was not aplicable to the final score. the final test was applicable. I passed the quiz, but the certificate was not AUTOMATICALLY assigned after click course completion. How do I get the certificates to show?

How do you set if this quiz will be applicable and other will not  ? there is a setting available in lms -> settings to include only those quizzes which are connected to course in course evaluation . You can enable that and then connect course in quiz settings only for that quiz which you want to be included in course evaluation . Please share the course url and admin credentials to check this issue .

I have a beautiful certificate created which appears like this.However when the student goes to print it, the screen temporarily displays the student's course information, then it goes blank. No image of the certificate appears for the student to download. What can done to fix this so the students can download the certificate of completion?

issue was with the image link ,it was http , I reuploaded image again with https in url and it fixed it . refer this tip now to make it in effect : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LtMck_nMCbU
