Change buddypress profile menu text

Good day,   I would like to change the buddypress profile menu text from "Courses" To "Subjects". I need to make this change across the entire site. In other words, everything that is called "courses" or course must be changed to subjects or subjects. Also, everything that is called quizes must be changed to exams. Could you please send me the instructions for this? Thank you!
