Hi Jochen18,
Please follow these steps:
1: Clear your browser's cache.
2: Fix the wp-config file in your c-panel.
Add the following line of code at the very top after the php opening tag.
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
See the screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ldf022
If the problem still occurs then please share your wp-admin and c-panel credentials in a private reply. we will fix this problem.
It is probably because of some javascript conflict in theme or plugin.
Hey Jochen18,
we do not have the access of all wordpress files. we can access only folders under wp-contents (themes/ plugin related files). so if u want to make changes in wp-config file you need to make changes at your end or contact to your host provider. if you want to make changes from our side then we will need your hosting (c-panel) credentials.
**please ensure that while sharing credentials it should be in a private reply.
@Jochen18,
Please check this article: https://www.jezweb.info/how-to-edit-text-in-visual-composer/
But if you want to change the default color from black to white. Then this does not cover in the theme support because this plugin is not created by us.
