Changing Font Style across site

Im trying to change the font style across the website to LATO for things like, the header, the standard text on the home page, etc. Can you please help with this. So far I have added LATO-100-Latin into the Font Manager - <span style="font-family: 'Open Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;">Select Fonts for Live Theme Editor section.</span> This hasn't helped and doesn't appear to do anything. Really appreciate your help. Tom

For changing the fonts there are options in the theme customizer. => For header go to customize->header->top navigation font family and navigation font family, refer: http://prntscr.com/atmtc1 => For body go to customize->body->body font family. => Similarly in customize->typography->There are different font family options.
