Changing word course to module using loco translate

Hi, I'm looking to change the word "course" to "module" throughout my site. I'm attempting to do this with the method from this tip https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/translate-using-loco-translate-plugin/ I get to point 12 where I get stuck. I'm unsure about how to generate the mo file, all I can do is download it. Is that what is supposed to happen? What do I do from this point? Thanks.

Please make sure the mo file should be present in the wp-content/langiages folder. The translation files present in this folder are only reflected on the website. Also refer the tutorial above for step to step explanation. Since the topic is of translation so moving to translation forum.
