    Hi Support! After logging in my students are having trouble collapsing the side menu. Even after clicking the button / arrow that should collapse the menu, nothing happens as you can see in the video https://recordit.co/KfP4oNedE6

    I tested both ways (enabled and disabled) in the two cases its not working. It is not collapsing. https://prnt.sc/1r4il7i

    hi see: http://prntscr.com/1s0x64h you have enabled this setting that's why it shows expended by default
