Conflict with another plugin which overwrites jQuery

Recently some students are getting the message "Conflict with another plugin which overwrites jQuery". Not all students I have made no changes to my site and have NOT updated to 1.9.9 due to the glitches. again not all students and its when they are trying to open or download an attachment in a unit? I just got the same message myself (admin) when trying to edit a user in admin panel Can you please let me know what jQuery is and why only some students are getting the message? Please share the admin credentails and steps to replicate the issue with the " user edit " . PS: mark reply as private while sharing the credentials  .

www.academy4da.com admin baybay2525%@% 2 students where using their cell phones when the JQuery message came up they were trying to download an attachment in unit 2 As admin I went into the users in admin panel selected a student and the message came up but it hasn't happened again on the admin side. it has happened to 2 students when trying to access the 12 week dental assistant program until 3 download attachments

We tried to replictae that issue but could not find the same error  . When on mobile logged in and took the 12 week dental course and tried to download the attachment it showed popup with  message "The plugin is not supported" . Now this seems to be a third party plugin issue ,please try deactivating the plugins that tends to genrate popups on links  .

The on;y pop up lines i have that are 3rd party are the ones that WPLMS suggested so the attachments open in a separate page. As you hopefully saw when you tried to replicate the problem I only have the plugins WPLMS suggest. and the jquery problem only occurs on mobile device when opening an attachment in that unit, which is whatever WPLMS suggested to use so that downloads open in a box and separately which is either Easy FancyBox plug in or Unattach and Re-attach Media Attachments plug in both of which WPLMS recommended.

Easy fancybox seems to producing the issues with the mobile devices ,i checked it on the system and it was working fine and that's why is suggested it . You can try other plugins for this .
