Contact Us form not working

If still not arriving email to this email then please check if the activation email is arriving? IF activation email is not arriving then please check if forgot password email is working or not

I don't see it working on your side, also i have only one third party plugins WP MAIL SMTP, and this problem existed before installing that, anyway i have tried disabling it but still issue persist. Also all the plugins are updated. Can you tell me what should i do ? Should i install Contact 7 pluggin ?
