Cost for extend support

I just logged in for support and got the message that my support had expired. There was no notification that this was going to happen or I would have renewed it before it expired. When I went to renew, I had to pay the full license price of $64, plus the 12 months support which came to $83.20. I thought that I could just buy the 12 months support and the license would not be the full $64. Can you let me know how this works and whether I can be refunded partially for this charge. Can you send me the url where I can find this? The screenshot doesn't show that. Also, how do I execute a refund on my re-purchase of the license? Thanks,
